Professor Adrian Saville
Adrian holds a professorship in economics, finance and strategy at the University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). He is the founding director of the GIBS Centre for African Management and Markets (CAMM).
Ian Macleod
Ian has an eclectic background, ranging from Big Four consulting to feature writing. He studied Business Science at the University of Cape Town and Journalism at Rhodes University. Ian completed his MBA at GIBS in 2017. He has a passion for power of narrative to drive economies and writes regularly for a variety of publications on sport, business and popular culture.
Francois Fouche
Francois is an international trade specialist, econometrician and economist with affiliation to North West University. He is a director at Growth Diagnostics and research associate at the GIBS Centre for African Management and Markets (CAMM).
Nerissa Pillay
Nerissa Pillay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and an Honours degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Johannesburg. After joining Aspen Pharmacare as a project manager, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma Business Administration at GIBS, graduating with distinctions in six subjects. She is currently completing her MBA at GIBS, specialising in consulting. In 2023 Nerissa joined economics advisory firm Boundless World, where her work focuses on market entry and market access strategies.
Dr. Theresa Benson-Ali
Tess is a full-time faculty member at the Gordon Institute of Business Science and member of the school's Centre for Business Ethics and Centre for African Management and Markets (CAMM). She has consulting experience in the retail, construction and financial industries.
