Francois is the co-founder and director of Boundless World. He spent time at Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates, a US-based commercial think tank founded by Nobel Prize winner Dr. Lawrence Klein. Francois advises central banks, governments, and industry bodies on a variety of topics involving trade and investment, including evidence-based export strategy development. He also works closely with individual firms in multiple industries, advising on company-specific trade strategy. Wearing his academic hat, Francois teaches trade and economics at GIBS and the North West University Business School. He is also a frequent speaker and panelist on economic developments in South Africa and across the continent.
