Theresa completed her PhD at GIBS before joining the school as a full-time faculty member. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility at the Department of International Business, Marketing and Strategy at the University of Bradford and the Director of International Relations for the School of Management.  She has consulting experience in the retail, construction and financial industries. Her current research focuses on inclusion/exclusion dynamics in organisations, sustainability issues, partnerships and the complexities arising to sustainability strategies especially in developing countries.  Theresa is the global representative for Africa in the Strategic Management division of the Academy of Management and a member of the Academy of International Business.
